Thank you for using Skille Freelance Hub. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided to employers and freelancers using our platform.
Eligibility for Refund
- All payments must have been made exclusively through credit on the Skille Freelance Hub.
Terms
- Employer Initiates Cancellation:
Full Refund
If an employer initiates a cancellation before the commencement of the project, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refund
If an employer cancels a project after it has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the progress made by the freelancer.
2. Freelancer Unable to Complete the Project:
Full Refund
If a freelancer is unable to complete the project for reasons beyond their control, a full refund will be issued to the employer.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between employers and freelancers regarding the quality of work or other project-related issues, Skille Freelance Hub will investigate the matter.
Refunds will be issued based on the findings of the investigation and the terms agreed upon by both parties.
Payment Disputes
In the event of payment disputes, Skille Freelance Hub will mediate between the employer and the freelancer to reach a fair resolution.
Refunds will be processed according to the resolution reached during the mediation process.
Processing Time for Refunds
– Refunds will be processed within 3 Working Days from the date the refund request is approved. Approval is subject to the investigation findings.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be applicable in cases of violation of Skille Freelance Hub terms of service, fraudulent activities, or other prohibited actions.

Users can request a refund by contacting support@skille.co.zm or calling +260 979 316 716 with the relevant details of the project and the reason for the refund request.
Changes to this Refund Policy
Skille Freelance Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
